AIR6500

Built for Australia by Australians, AIR6500 is an advanced joint air battle management system that provides combined joint all domain and control capabilities.

AIR6500 is designed to bolster the capabilities of the Australian Defence Force. AIR6500 is a sovereign, high-tech joint air battle management system that integrates Australia’s air and missile defence capabilities across all-domains into a single, unified view of the battlespace to detect and counter threats at various ranges.

AIR6500 strengthens Australia’s national security and enables interoperability between Australia and its allies in the Indo-Pacific region and beyond.

Through in-country investments, such as our Lockheed Martin funded Air Power Facility in Williamstown, NSW, we're combining best-of-breed technology with ongoing support from our global operations to set the blueprint for future defence missions.

Lockheed Martin Australia was selected by the Australian Defence Force to be the strategic partner for AIR6500 and has continued to deliver integrated battle management solutions, while actively investing Australia’s future.
