Partner at the international law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and co-head of the Cybersecurity and Data Protection practice, since January 2017. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security from December 2013 to January 2017; and as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Defense and as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Air Force. Mr. Johnson is presently a director of the Council on Foreign Relations Relations and has served on the boards of directors of U.S. Steel since 2020 and MetLife, Inc. since 2023.
